What shipping methods do you offer?Currently we are sending all our parcels via Royal Mail Tracked 48. What happens if my parcel doesn’t arrive?All parcels sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 and this includes proof of delivery, photo on delivery and compensation if the parcel does not arrive.

What happens if I am not happy with my purchase and want to return it?Returns and Exchanges If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like a refund of an exchange please let me know via email - contact@adaptedtrends.co.uk To exchange or return please send back to Rachel Thompson, Adapted Trends Ltd, 12 Copsem Drive, Esher, Surrey KT10 9HD. Please provide the following information: Your Name Postal Address Email Address Order No and Date of Purchase Whether you want a refund or an exchange Reason for return Please note that exchanges and returns will only be accepted if the product is returned in perfect condition or faulty and must be made within 28 days of purchase. Refunds Once I receive your item I will email you to confirm receipt and if you return item is approved , the money will be refunded using your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days depending on your card issuer’s policy. If you do not receive the credited amount after 14 days please let me know. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless it is faulty. Refund Policy We have a 28 day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving you item to request a return/refund. To be eligible for the refund , your item must either be faulty or in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need proof or purchase, order number and date of purchase or receipt. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or it you receive the wrong item.

Are the trousers true to size?Please see the size chart for measurements given for each size. Due to the elasticated and drawstring waistband and drawstring bottoms there is some leeway in terms of waist and leg length.
