As with all businesses, customer satisfaction is very important! However, I feel for Adapted Trends Clothing it is the most important aspect. I have tried very hard to cover as many shapes and sizes as possible, with trouser sizes sold, however sometimes I may need to customise the trousers. I love the challenge of how I can do this successfully, but most of all, it is the reward of hearing from a happy customer that makes it all worthwhile. After all a happy customer will potentially spread the word and hopefully that will help the business grow organically.
